All this HUD Is, Is the D6HUD Redone. Just a few editted images, And, As for the gray stuff. PM Me the files and I will fix it.

It is indeed scrins f.e.a.r. hud, and not the d6hud, you should be able to see that.
The awnser to your quastion is simple, alpha channels.
You probably failed to get the alpha channels right, or fucked up the hud.ini.
Best would be to start with another hud.ini just the one form the zip if you edited it, else go search on google how to succesfully edit allpha channels and make sure you use photo shop and not paint shop.

Yeah, You TOTALLY messed up the hud.ini which i can't fix. Looks like you will have to restart with a new hud.ini itself.

you need to set the boundaries of the place that your hud.ini looks for to show onscreen (idk if that made sense, im too high to know right now)

I took a good look at it, I don't think you changed the hud.ini, but if you did you didn't change it much.
It's just all about the alpha channels.
It is hard to get them right, but keep on trying.

Besides that, I can't really appriciate some awnsers here, aren't you people supposed to help him except from bashing him.

Very nice. IF you release I will give up the unreleased HUD I have for this. (mainly because you added BB, Even though my HUD Looks GREAT with BB, this would look better and good sniping HUD.

You should edit the text boxes to match your hud.
