yes, majid is right. this stuff's mainly for server owners so they can try to set the features up to look like st0rm,(not literally) without actually writing their own. alot of the famous st0rm features (not the new ones though) can be found in one plugin or another here.

yes i remember this kind of features wen i used to play in kamuix lite, what a good server and very nice balanced, to bad mike couldnt keep it up.
