well, there are many ways to make a "GIF" file.

Photoshop CS2 Imageready
Use an AVI and convert to .GIF
--- which you can create an avi using many programs

Using Stills and Video Capture to create an AVI then to GIF.

You have to learn Paint Shop or Photo shop would be the biggest help.

I would suggest to you to search for tutorials on internet

there is also 123 gif converter. convert any avi to gif, it is ez to use and fast.

you can see it as it happens and select frame numbers.

It is freeware/shareware. google it. much ez ier than that video.

ye but with the video u got more options u can select frames u dont want u can cut pieces out u can do it that some frames are longer than others etc.
