now it seems i cant enter a vehicle without ren crashing and i cant find the post that had someone saying how to fix it

very easy...normal scripts 3.4.4 shaders.dll have bugs
They dont support WeaponImage=True

you need the shaders from D6 hud, make sure you have them in your Renegade folder.

I had that too, do what crysis said

its not the shaders, they worked for a little while then it didnt

try to replace the shaders again with the d6 shaders, im sure that fix the problem

im using bb shaders...

This happened to me when i edited the Quad's wrong, did you make sure the quadcount='s the actual # of quad's, and there are no typos?

actually i think it was the shaders, i had to have the custom part of my hud disabled to use vehicles. the only reals issue now is augmented health screws it up.
