| Im creating a new skin for all nod buildings, and to do that i need the files ONLY to be applied to NOD, cause some of them actually goes to GDI too, which looks weird, can anyone help me with that, and what is the name of the NOD HON ramp file(the one you walk upon entering the main door)
OFC you will get credits for it

| In the always.dat, if your looking for W3D files... the GDI buildings begin with mg and nod buildings begin with mn, but if you are skinning the DDS files, im afraid i cant help. |

| IT has been awhile since iskinned but i think the HON Ramp is the same as a part of the weapons factory and some oter buildings on GDI aswell as nod. Lazy Westwood |

| I am bussy (well busy, I had so many other stuff I just kinda forgot about it) with a building pack to. What I did was making a building reskin for both sides, and for the things that are used in both bases just take a neutral texture (so nothing that looks really gdi or really nod). It can be annoying to have to search fo rall the files. And I still don't knkow alot of the needed files. For example the top of the wf. I first downloaded buildingpacks from other people with I put into 1 map and let everything overwrite, so I had most off the file names for both bases. Then some thing swich I ccouldn't find I asked for them in the skin request forum. Although I only got the names of 2 of the needed skins there. Besides of that westwood used 1 texture for 98% of the refinery, so on some places it could look cool, bu ton other places it's ugly as hell. Something that is really annoying with skinning, and ofcourse there are some files with alpha channels wich can be a bit annoying (hon windows, wf stacks). For the last one, who the hell knows why wf stacks need an alpha channel But good luck, I hope this helps you a bit. |

| One way to do it is edit them per map. Hex editing each maps model file to rename the textures and then add your new ones. You can then release it as a map, or as the maps model and the textures.
This is something i will be doing myself soon, when i get the time and some ideas for newly textured exteriors. |
