What do I do with the .db file that comes with the download? Where do I extract it to?

Also, the skins I downloaded from this site don't work. I assume it's because I didn't extract the .db file anywhere but I'm not sure.

Yep

Click on ==Download==
and extract the files to your Data folder
then have fun with the Skins Very Happy
