M1919 Browning machine gun (Chaingun mod) Request

I want to learn how to skin cause i have lots of sounds effects (Ill upload em when i get around to it) However when i tried installing jasic it worked, but i cant find the "Pluggins" folder so the editing would work. And Adobe just messed up completely. Didnt install right.

If jasic is jasc paint shop pro then you have to create a new folder called "Plugins" then add the dds plug-in in there.

Its ok. Just a thought. This Gun would look pretty sweet and stuff but im not in a rush, yet just wanted to point it out as an idea.
