My Microsoft Sidewinder X8 arrived yesterday and I love it!

Right/left scrollwheel tilt, macro record function, shortcut button to the Microsoft game folder, 500, 1000 or, 4000 DPI switching on the fly, two buttons by the thumb. All buttons can be programmed to to just about anything, even keystrokes!

Very cool your new mouse, I still have a mouse with ball XD

I went laser years ago, in fact I still have the first usb laser mouse I ever got, came with our old Windows 98 machine and still works after all these years. That's why I bought another Microsoft mouse, they last for damn ever! the last one I bought though, was a blood red Logitech V220 wireless. It was great, but after two years of constant daily use, the middle click button quit on me and that was unacceptable.
