Hello all.

I'm having some trouble about installing some skins i got here on the forum, and it's making my renegade crash always after i enter an server online, like Cloudzone.

I got the 3.4.4 scripts also, but they make my renegade screen go black, because i can't install blooms and shaders, my videocard don't support it. Although i install only tools and keys from script, it still make my renegade crash and go black.

I would want to fix it by now. I know you guys would come here and tell me that "just don't install the skins!" but it will take forever? i guess i need to have those skins because they make my renegade feel like more actual.

If this is not this type-of-help subforum, so i'm sorry because i didn't find somewhere else where i could post this.

What kind of skins are you talking about?

Weapons, Vehicles, Characters... All of that.

I doubt .dds skins could make renegade crash, I also doubt that the models on this site will make your game crash. I think it's the 3.4.4 scripts or your hud that could be the problem. Could you be a bit more specific? Since when did this occur, what did you install before you started getting black screens. And about cloudzone that has the habit of crashing every 30 minutes or so.

Yeah Gnoe, i reinstalled renegade today and tested skins, so i found the problem! it was not on the renegade, it was on the Female Nod Officer Model i downloaded yesterday... now all the skins works fine, but the issue still on the scripts. so i didn't install it today.

Im sure in this thread is somewhere a note that it doesnt work online. Cause this model dont work online or with Renegade Resurrection.

yeah, i use RR and it never crashed at CloudZone as the own server says, although i am afraid of it lol... About the model it maybe is true, it prolly don't work online as u say crysis. i didn't installed this time and the game worked.
