My question is Can anyone round those edges for me?? i dont know how to do it with adobe PS CS4

Depends on wich Edges, Text? and what exactly you mean by rounding it?

u could always use a trasparent granent that could work one color black and the other trasnparent like this?

Using the rounded rectangle tool, on the left hand pane.
It's a custom shape. Put that over your banner where you want it, and then rasterize it, select it, go to your banner layer and select inverse, then press delete.

Well I did that really fast, but with another program. I used gimp for it, it has a script that does it for you. (Gimp is a free program, I also use it to make renegade skins cuz I don't want to pay for photoshop CS4)
