Hey, so i built a new rig (pictures coming later) and i have a few problems i would like help with.
1) 24" acer does not run at full potential (not full screen, missing 1 1/2 cm on the sides and 1cm on the top and bottom [blackness]).
2) ATI 5850 graphics card will not install (well it does but prompts an error message after saying it didn't do it correctly)
3) cannot seem to run some games I would like to have, such as: need for speed underground 2, renegade, axis and allies, and a few others.
4) How do i install favorites from my OLD computer to THIS one?
5) cannot use "sleep" anymore

Maybe there's an 'Adapt' button on the side of your screen, I got a new screen, and only had to pus this button.

Other problems I do not know, perhaps try Microsoft Forums (if they even exist).

Clear Harddrive? and install by using a non bugged Windows CD.

For the Games, make a shortcut of the .exe and on Properties (right click) change compability mode to WinXP SP2
