Need The lines on the Edges to Be Blended so it doesn't look like Individual Squares on the DDS file NOT the Bricks the edges of the As u can see i tried blurring it but that didn't work

In paint.net there is Edge Detect you can try that

there's a tutorial somewhere on pain.net forums if I'm right

I wouldn't know about photoshop I kinda only use Paint.NET.

You have to find a proper Texture, never "Mod" the edges of a good texture, it will make it look always bad except you have a big knowledge in Gimp2 or photoshop
