I already liked the action of kill, the selfish people showing of with their bb but start crying when there released got served once again.
The hud.ini looks good, although I don't like the hud style I do have to say you make really good huds.

When I download the hud I can't see that ammo picture for some reason, it looks like this on my screen.
Can anyone help me? Radar doesn't seem to be working either...

Hmm..after adding this hud and scripts 3.3.4 I'm having issues. The whole game is just black other then the hub and chat box.

I'll probably post this issue elsewhere but in the case of maybe someone in this thread knows, is this a problem you've heard of before and/or know a way to fix it?

yes i heard of that problem. But im not sure how to fix it, because i never had it.

Okay, try to reinstall Scripts 3.4.4
Download the hud again, make sure you moved the shaders into your Renegade folder NOT data folder. Then try it again.

Do you use Resurrection/Renguard?

I actually looked up the problem. Apparently if you get it you have to go with a fresh brand new install of Renegade.

Which I did and now I'm not getting any text for menu's at all. I'm putting in Scripts and the hud only since those are the only things I am having problems with.

Before the reinstall I figured out what I did wrong with the hud to get it working correctly.

But, I did put in ONLY the scripts and that is why my menu text would disappear, I'm not sure why.. I can't really think of anything I need scripts for anymore, do I need it for this hud or will it run without it?

make sure you have core patch 1 and 2 before installing ANY scripts.

I have install the first patch and then scripts 3.4.4 and it works fine.

Well, whenever Renegade loads up I don't have any menu options meaning no text or selectable area. Now AFTER I put the hud on I still don't get any menu text but I can select the areas where those options are. It should be noted that any popup window I may get also has no text at all.

And the hud seems to work ingame..it's just the scripts it seems like. I don't know what I'm doing wrong..doesn't Renguard put in the core patches automatically?

Edit: And sorry I didn't answer your question about Renguard in your previous post, yes I do use Renguard.

i dont suggest using renguard.

i have had the menu text problem in the past, but dont know how i got rid of it. never bothered me because i dont use ingame menus. i use direct connect to load straight to the server i want to play.

Hi, I d/l and tried putting the BB file in my Renegade folder first and then tried the Data folder but nothing...the HUD works (with the dragon radar) but not the BB. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks. I don't know anything about scripts since I'm new to the game.

In the download is a shaders.dll put it in your Renegade folder and the rest in your Data folder.

But you need the scripts 3.4.4 installed.

Heh..one last thing. What is the core patch?

the core patch is a earlier version of the scripts 3.4.4.
The corepatch bring up some fixes, and some other little things. But i dont like this corepatch because if you install it, you have more lag.

Its not needed, all required fixes also included in the scripts 3.4.4.

Yes, you can use this, just download the .exe then run it. Thats all.
Then download the hud and install it to your data folder and the shaders.dll in your Renegad folder ( NOT DATA )
