This one is different from walls flying right? Same with City. Saw some new City Maps, but those doesnt work for flying right?

If there is a map (for e.g walls) and its been skinned up, it will work for the flying editions since there is no differents.

I forgot to add that the map textures itself is no different other than one has flying vehicles enabled.

they are different when the map model has been edited to use different texture names

I have a problem with this to. After i've downloaded this map, some of my buildings automatically changed to. The PP, Air, Ref showd parts on the outside walls that are bricks, textures that has been used for the map itself. I dont know if that is a part of the map, but I guess it wasnt part of the plan.
