Okay you know the GDI and NOD logos that appear on the vehicles? Where can I find the file for that? What is it called?
I have searched for it but have not found it >.> i searched XCC and still have not found it.

like i said download a pack with the gdi logos then you have the filename(s)

omg you ask for the color of the flame which the flame shoots

the flamer is
v_nod_flame.dds
and when you want to change the whole flame fire with a emitter
its e_flametank.w3d
you cant open it with paint.net cause its a w3d file
open it with w3d viewer

Open w3d viewer open a file via drag&drop
if you want to see wich dds/tga files this w3d use go to the Materials and click at this +.

Make/change emitter:

Open a emitter file in w3d view and click at top in the bar at "Emitters" and modify or something like that idk. But im sure you know what i mean Wink

whatever you want
for the flamer as example
e_flametank.w3d
open it in w3d viewer in clikc in the top menu emitter>edit emitter
then you can edit the emitter for the flametank fire
