Okay, so it's ready for release.

Things changed:
Night: Added tiberium smoke, added lights under every light source, changed a few textures and shortened the fog distance.
Day: Added tiberium smoke, changed off map building textures, changed time settings to day, removed fog and edited light maps to make it much brighter.

Tunnels are too dark if you ask me. Overall, Its alright for me. I won't use it, Because I don't really like how dark it is though.

Yet again, this is just a VERY weird bug. As it is missing on yours but not on mine, or other peoples. And then it'll be missing on somebody elses' too.

Anyway, unpack this rar in your data directory.

doesnt work could you try use ci_conc2.dds add in mix pack that wall defualts is cc_conc2

I've renamed it while hex editing to "ci_02nc2.dds" which is included in the rar above.
try copying that file and renaming it to ci_conc2.dds or cc_conc2.dds.

I have no idea why it's not working.

I've made a bright one, but with no textures changed apart from the dark buildings that are off the map. and tib clouds added. (oh and of course ive edited all the light maps so it looks much brighter too)

Not sure if you're interested in that yet?
If not, i'll re-texture it when I can get some nice textures done.

Request me to make a different release? The emitters are added to the map, just as the time settings are.
If you'd like I can release without the tiberium emitters.
