| well you must have good firewall,dont store password in program gg for hackers. |

Firewalls up Antivirusprogram running and still a damn hacker deleting my important email  |

| use kaspersky internet security (orginal) its not cheap but they best way to secure own computer,use spyware search&destroy too and windows worm door cleaner (wwdc.exe) |

| i'm sorry, but Avast utterly fails. it missed a virus that was on it's own watch list. i personally use AVG 8.0 Free Edition and havent gotten a virus since switching to it. |

| i got the bought version of avg gave me some problems but just put on the allowed list some programs and now it works (programs like mIRC and Renegade) |

Prob ur mail is accessable in a webclient such as Gmail, Hotmail etc.?
I use Norton 360.
I can secure my own network open the ports I want with my nice modem.
I use Sygate Personel Firewall. You can easily select what's allowed to connect with ur pc.
Well of course we can all praise our own brands such as avast, avg, panda blabla.
But get yourself a legit one.
You'll receive nice updates to keep ur pc up-2-date virusproof.
I got no viruses for like 1,5 years now with Norton 360 and Sygate. |

Because it takes much load on ur pc? Is that it? 360 Hardly picks up any viruses for me (Atleast when I had it 4 Months ago) It slipped 4 viruses through, Luckily my Windows Defender picked them up.' Whereas, Once I got AVG Free, It has already picked up and deleted two. |
